Basketballghana.com can report Ghana Center/Power Forward Nathan Mensah has registered a double double in San Diego State University Men’s Basketball Team’s latest outing in the 2021-2022 US Men’s College Basketball Regular Season.

San Diego lost 57-58 to Mountain West Conference standings leader Boise State University with Mensah leading the Aztecs in points, blocks and rebounds in the loss.

The 6 foot 10 inch Mensah produced 13 points, 11 rebounds, a steal and three blocks in 27 minutes as a starter. Mensah battled foul trouble (five) that limited his minutes on the court in the one point loss. (Click highlighted text to watch game highlights)

Aside Mensah, Matt Bradley was the only San Diego State player to score in double digit as the regular season draws to a close. The postseason or playoffs start on Wednesday, March 9.

Following the loss, San Diego State has 17 wins and seven losses and ranks fourth in the 11 team Conference standings. Mensah and San Diego State take on the worst ranked Conference team, San Jose State University on February 26.
