Leopards Guard Agger on a drive against Air Force earlier this season

Basketballghana.com can confirm the 2022 Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I fixture between Tema Youth and Ghana Air Force has been postponed.

This is due to bad weather that resulted in heavy rains across Ghana’s capital city, Accra forcing League Officials to cancel the game to the rains. Several parts of the city was flooded severely resulting in extensive damage to properties.

Ghana lacks a publicly owned indoor basketball court and basketball events like the ABL are always at the mercy of the elements. This season’s ABL Venue-Prisons Court in Cantonments- suffers from this ordeal.
