St. John's (yellow) in action against 2019 Sprite Ball winners Mfantsipim School

A representative of the Old Boys Association of St. John’s School, Sekondi (Old Saints), Henry Morgan, has stated the Association will continue supporting their Alma Mater’s Basketball program.

He said this in an exclusive interview with Basketballghana.com at the Basketball Honours 2022 held recently at the Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) Headquarters.

Morgan and a handful of representatives from the Association were on hand to receive the Best Old Students Association (Boys Division) Award for building a basketball court for St. John’s School.

We built an ultra modern court but not only that what we do is that every year we provide new sets of jerseys for the students, we buy new boots for the students, we give them everything when they come to Accra (for the Sprite Ball Championship) we take care of all the bills…we keep doing and we are going to keep doing it whether they are winning, they are getting to the top or not” he stated.
