Men’s Division I games in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) will set the Lebanon House in Tudu on fire as interesting and lip smacking matchups will serve fans later today in Ghana’s capital, Accra.

The sixth week clashes will have Navy take on Holy Family at 17:00GMT, Tudu Magic take on Teshie Rangers and Fire Service take on defending champions Braves of Customs later on.

After starting brilliantly in the season opener with a surprise win over Tema Youth, Navy is yet to taste consistency in the season as the team got whitewashed by Braves in the next match. The team looks solid enough to beat Holy Family who are yet to win a game in the season and might not even have a bench.

Home side Tudu Magic face a tricky test against Rangers who have been one of the better performers in the league despite just gaining promotion from the lower tier. The team has won two games from three and lost in a close 37-39 game to Air Force. Magic looked woeful in their last encounter and Coach James Okine will have to deliver on his promise of a better performance this time around.

Organizers certainly saved the best for last as unbeaten defending champions Braves will come face to face with a familiar face when they take on Fire Service in the final game of the day. The team will come up against former Small Forward Farahat Tamimu who joined Fire after falling out with Braves hierarchy.
