Management Board of the Accra Basketball League (ABL) has agreed to honor postponed games on Thursday June 23 and Friday June 24. The games which include fixtures in the women and men’s divisions respectively will be played at the Prisons Court in Ghana’s capital, Accra.

In the Women’s Division, Air Force will play Galaxy on Thursday as Navy takes on Magic on Friday. Home side Reformers of Prisons will play defending champions Braves of Customs as DC Dynamics takes on this season’s whipping boys, Holy Family on the said day.

Air Force suffered its maiden loss of the season following a 29-48 loss to defending champions Braves of Customs in the female division. On other hand, Galaxy’s performance has been on the ascent and an exciting 36-34 win over Navy in the previous round gives the outfit momentum heading to the fixture.

Newly promoted side Dynamics have found life in the elite division tough but can end their winless run in the league with a win over Holy Family. The latter side has lost all four games whereas Dynamics’ two losses and better play puts them ahead of Family.

Reformers will have their hands full when it takes on multiple league winners Braves who are yet to drop a game this season. The aforementioned games were postponed due to heavy rains which halted the league’s progression.
