The win comes as the first for Rabbits following two rounds without a win including a loss to Suncity Braves in the last round.
Rabbits beat the tertiary side in the second game of Week 3 games at the Eusbett Court in Sunyani following University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) 44-26 win.
Defending champions UENR clinched the win in the opening game of the round over West Siders who are yet to win a game all season.
This is the team’s third win in as many games while West Siders remain rooted to the bottom of the standings after a poor start.
Sunyani Technical University (STU) lost 30-50 to Suncity Braves missing out on recording another big win in consecutive weeks.
Former league winners Braves are yet to taste defeat this season. LIR blew out Barracks Scorpions with a 75-22 result.
