Ghana Center Amida Brimah missed out closing the year with a double double in Austin Spurs low scoring game loss to Raptors 905 in the NBA Gatorade League.

Spurs lost 78-93 to the defending champions in a game both team struggled to get going on offense; three players from each scored in double figures.

6 foot 11 inch Brimah was one of the six to net double figures pouring in 10 points in 24 minutes on the floor as backup to Matt Costello.

Coming off the bench, Amida added eight rebounds and blocked a shot in the contest; the loss ends Spurs three game winning run.

Five of Brimah’s rebound output came on the offensive side tying Costello’s mark and was two rebounds shy of recording his first double double of the season.

Forward Jaron Blossom game paced Spurs’s scoring chart with 18 points as Raptors Guard Loranzo Brown led the entire game with 23 points.

Spurs take on Long Island Nets on Tuesday January 2 in New York.
