Champagne Chalons Reims duo Martin Hermannsson and LaMonte Ulmer competed in the French Pro A Basketball League All Star Festivities.

Both players are teammates with Ghana Forward Ben Bentil who did not participate in the exhibition competitions which took place following the conclusion of the first round of the league season.

Iceland International Hermannsson competed in the Skills Challenge but lost out to Gravelines Point Guard Benjamin Sene; Dijon Guard Axel Julien placed second.

Ulmer participated in the much anticipated Slam Dunk Contest alongside fellow American DJ Stephens and Travis Leslie; Stephens topped the field to win the event.

Versatile Forward Bentil was not selected to the Foreigners All Star Roster despite leading Reims in scoring with 12.5 points per game this season.

This is his maiden campaign in Europe after stints with Dallas Mavericks in the NBA and Xinjiang Guanghui Flying Tigers in the Chinese Basketball Association.

Prior to the break for the All Star Events, the Sekond-born Providence College product top scored for Reims in two straight games recording a double double in a win over Pau-Lacq-Orthez.
