As a stalwart of Tema Basketball League outfit Ashaiman Lions, having the event in the sprawling municipality is in Pobi-Siaw’s words a way of “giving back to the community”.

The clinic will run from 14:00-16:00 GMT and participants will be taken through basic and intermediary facets of basketball; no registration fees will be charged.

For several seasons, Pobi-Siaw has been a consistent force on the Ghanaian scene with dead eye shooting from deep and underestimated passing ability.
