Basketballghana.com can report Ghana Forward Ben Bentil has scored 11 points in Panathinaikos Basketball Club’s loss in the 2020-2021 EuroLeague Championship Regular Season.
The Greek side lost 82-97 to Spanish side Baskonia with the loss being Panathinaikos’ 20th in 30 games this season that has seen the team change Coaches midway through the campaign. (Click highlighted text to watch video)
Bentil came off the bench and aside scoring 11 points, he registered an assists and two rebounds in 18:55 minutes of action.
The 6 foot 7 inch Forward scored three of seven two point shot attempts and scored his sole three point shot attempt in the contest. He converted two of four attempts from the free throw line.
Bentil was one of four Panathinaikos players to score in double figures in the contest with Konstantinos Mitoglou leading the team with 22 points and eight rebounds.
The win moves Baskonia closer to a playoffs spot in seventh place while Panathinaikos remains in 16th place in the 18 team standings.
Bentil is in his second season at Panathinaikos.
