Basketballghana.com can report Zamalek and Petro de Luanda have extended their winning streak in the ongoing Nile Conference of the 2022 Basketball Africa League (BAL) in Cairo.

Both teams recorded their second win in as many games with Zamalek beating South Africa’s Cape Town Tigers 101-77 and Luanda beating Cobra Sports from South Sudan 92-56. Defending BAL Champions Zamalek of Egypt delivered another big result in its second win after beating Cobra Sports 80-63 in the opening game.

Edgar Sosa was the top performer in the win over Cape Town as he produced 25 points, six rebounds and three assists.
