Basketballghana.com can report Netherlands International Point Guard Keye van der Vuurst de Vries has declared for the 2022 NBA Draft. De Vries is a 20 year old 6 foot 3 inch Guard for Belgian side Filou Oostende.
Ghana Center Amida Brimah plays for Oostende but has been inactive for a while as he recovers from a foot injury. The 6 foot 10 inch defender is expected to miss the rest of the season due to the injury.
De Vries according to several news outlets including Hoopsrumours.com is still keeping his options opened and could return to play in Europe whether he gets drafted or not.
The latest European Draft prospect is playing in his fourth season with Oostende and has won three Belgian Pro League titles in consecutive years.
Oostende beat Feyenoord 96-81 in its last league outing with De Vries registering eight points, three rebounds and 11 assists in 22:52 minutes.
Brimah featured in the NBA briefly with Indiana Pacers in the 2020-2021 Season.
