Police v Fire (Red)

Improved amenities at venues for the ongoing 2019 Accra Basketball League (ABL) playoffs is one of the main standout features in the postseason.

The venues-Lebanon House Court in Tudu and Prisons Court in Cantonments- have undergone improvements as the season inches towards conclusion.

Both playing surfaces have been repainted and lighting at the two venues has improved markedly increasing visibility for players and enhancing the experience for fans.

For a long while, poor lighting has been a major challenge that has plagued the league and while the playing surfaces still could do with a facelift, repainting them adds to the aesthetics.

The Lebanon House Court hosted the first round of the playoffs and will host the Finals Series in the Men’s and Women’s Divisions respectively.

The Prisons Court will host Game One of the Men’s Division I between Adenta Leopards and Braves of Customs tonight. The venue hosted Game One in the Women’s Final between Braves and Ghana Police Service.

Police clinched a 48-45 win.
